I have been officially accepted into Certification Solutions, an accelerated certification program, available through LRCE (Louisiana Resource Center for Educators)!! It's for people who have a degree and want to become a teacher. I took my praxis a couple of months ago (whew! glad that's over) and passed Math and English. Right now, I'm leaning towards teaching Middle School Math. I am so excited about being home earlier and more often with the girls and for the change. I start classes at the end of May and if everything goes well, I'll be a teacher in August!
