It's been wayyy too long. I've been promising to do a better job and I haven't. The threats have started again and even though we are not listing any names here...you know who you are and you should be ashamed. I know where you live and when you sleep. My absence has been unavoidable and hopefully soon we'll be able to share our awesome, life-changing news. NO PEOPLE!!! We are not pregnant! Get your mind out of the gutters. News. Soon. I. Promise.
We are planning birthdays around the house and if you haven't already heard, Gabrielle wants a "Cess party" which tranlates into a full on dress up Princess party. Even Momma and Daddy have to dress up. Prepare your tiaras and tutus!!
Kenz just took her 9 month pictures and they are oh so adorable! If you want to take a look, click HERE. Password is Mackenzie. Baby broke the bank with those. I bought every single one.
Here are some videos of each of the girls because I know you secretly like these better than photos:
She is growing up so much. She's even smarter than in the video, if that's possible. Nothing misses her. The other day in Michael's (getting even more supplies for these two over the top birthday parties), she was walking down the pom pom isle saying, "Oooohh, I like dat. Oooohh. Momma, Daddy, I like dat." We just shook our heads us in agreeance because she already had 399 poms in our basket. She then picked up yet another bag of poms, walked over to a lady with a handbasket and dropped it into her basket. The lady looked at her and said, "Thank you." She responded very simply, "I like dat," while moving her eyebrows up and down. Blake and I ran to the next isle to laugh and to get rid of some of those damn pom poms.
Kenz is growing up so much too. She went from just barely being able to sit up to crawling backwards to now crawling forward in like a week-that's what it feels like. It was more like 3. Time is taking my babies. She is now saying Dadda and...Momma!! She surprised me this past Sunday. I awoke to, "Ma-ma!, Ma-ma!," which is how Gabrielle starts her day every. single. day. With one eye open, I walked up the stairs and into Gabrielle's room. She was sleeping. Out, totally out. I smiled and ran to Mackenzie's room. She was sitting up rolling her hands around and around (that's how she hand motions "The wheels on the bus") with a huge grin on her face. So precious that one.
The last one is of us at a Superbowl Party. Corey had a mixed Cd of all the Saint's remixes so everytime we had a first down or touchdown or flag thrown or commercial or just felt like dancing, he had the right song for us. Can I get a "Who dat?!" Who the hell knew...
Blake and I got to ride in the Thor parade in Metairie during Carnival. We had a blast even though we froze our butts off. Literally, we have no butts left.

We had to call Paw-Paw to come get us at the end. Thanks for the ride again! And sorry for waking you up, again!.jpg)
And this one....ahhh, I had to post it. This is a day in the life of a true princess here. I'm not making fun because I am her #1 fan, her contributer, her enabler...if you will. Daddy wanted to go look for a fishing bow at Cabela's. Yep, Cabela's, the manliest place around. We didn't have much else going on that day but I KNEW she needed to have some fun. And honey she did. The place smells of deer urine and pig rinds...perfect place for a tutu. The hunters looked at her funny and as the wives would pass by I could hear them say, "Oh, sha!" I had myself a little giggle.
**In Gtown talk that's short for, "Sha Bebe'" which means "oh, darling" or "look how cute." It is also E-elle's nickname, Bebe'.
I hope you all have a wonderful weekend. It's supposed to be warming up around her and THANK GOD! It's been a long, cold winter. This is not what I signed up for. We live in Louisiana for a reason right!?

2 Beautiful girls.
Great Update Glenda! Kenzie's cheeks are too dang darn cute. Cabin fever is running high here in SLC and the kids are way restless. Spring needs to arrive NOW.
Take Care,
Uncle Rob
