I Su-wimmin'

I know exactly what you are thinking...

1. Is she wearing an apron with no pants?

2. Is she wearing sunglasses on a cloudy day?

3. Is that a pool noodle in her hands?

Yes, Yes, and yes.  Never a dull moment at the Mora house.  I have now made this picture my wallpaper because I just love it so much.  Somehow, it makes me smile no matter how many times I look at it.  Her randomness is just so adorable. 

Those are her new "Cess" sunglasses.  They have a picture of Cinderella on the lens and she calles all the Disney Princesses "Cess."  She can pretty much repeat everything we say and she pretty much does so no matter the words.  She hasn't fully grasped the meaning of "bad words" but surprisingly she knows which ones are in fact bad and how to use them correctly when conversing with others.  Case in point:

Date: October 11th

Time: around 6:30ish

Location: Mami's house, hall bathroom, Gabrielle getting a bath

Gabrielle: "Momma...I su-wimmin'." (On her belly with arms and legs flailing by her sides--HUGE grin on her face) "Mami'...su-wimmin'?"

Mami': "Yes Gabrielle, I see you su-wimmin.  Ready to get out?"

Gabrielle: "No!" (with a crinkle in her forehead like she means business)

Me: "Gabrielle, stop being so ugly.  The only words I want to hear coming out of your mouth from now on are yes and no mam? Can you say no mam?" (the whole while the crinkle has not left her forehead and she is attempting an eye roll)

Gabrielle (turned to look at Mami') "Stthhh-it"

I thought Mami' was going to fall off the toliet and I was going to suffocate myself from shoving my face down into my shirt.  We tried to hide the laughing but who are we kidding?  The damage has obviously already been done.
