Happy New Year!!

I am soooo excited it is 2009! Usually I spend the first couple of days 1.) sad because the holidays are over and 2.)aggravated that I have to correct myself when writing the new year. It took me years to stop writing 199_ and now I'm in the last year for 2009. This year is totally different. My birthday is around the corner and I'm not too terribly scared of the number, my bebe' is turning 1, my daughter will be born and my husband will be entering a new decade of age (which he "claims" doesn't bother him)...and that's all in the first 6 months! We have a busy and I'll bet wonderful year ahead of us.

Thank you all so much for your name suggestions. I am so tired of calling our poor darling "this baby" while pointing to my belly. We are in the process of narrowing down names and will post a poll soon to see your reactions. We asked Gabrielle her opinion but she keeps saying dada and I'm pretty sure that name has already been taken. Speaking of bebe', here are some random photos:

Lately, bebe' has been attached to Mommy or Daddy at all times. If she sees one of us or hears us she has to be on our hips. I am steadily loosing my hips due to my overgrown belly so she has resorted to fit throwing and hitting when she starts to slide down my side. She has always had a little sparkle of diva in her but now we see it in full force. She pulls up on everything and has started to let go and either grab something else or try to balance herself with her belly leaning on something random and steady. She takes steps behind a walker but will not step without holding on. I know it won't be long before I am writing here that she is walking!!

Oh, and my baby has started saying Mama!!
